We are an online store specializing in gardening products. Our sales department needs to set up a multi-channel IP telephony system.
What we expect from the candidate:
Experience setting up IP telephony is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED! If you do not know what API Telephony, Softphone, or a PBX are—please do not apply for this position!
Knowledge of English is required! Applications in other languages will not be considered.
Having professional contacts in the field will be a major advantage.

Full-time (5/2), long-term position
We’re looking for a person in Cairo who can visit the offices of several companies, such as WE, Orange, and others
Pay: $800–1,200
About what to do now:
Sign a contract between our Egyptian legal entity and the provider,
Set up phone numbers for calls,
Integrate these numbers into our CRM or another system that you or the providers may recommend.
Next steps:
Make technical support available for the CRM and telephony systems;
In case of issues (calls not going through, orders not loading, or anything else), resolve them;
Set up new services that will be needed for our sales department
