Job description
1. Plan monthly visits plan to customers handled.
2. Carry out services and water analyses required by each site visited.
3. Calibrate dosing pumps, sensors or devices.
4. Carry out a stock count for ANCI chemicals and/or equipment.
5. Review reports and documentation from customers and inspect product to determine nature and scope of problem
6. Prepare a detailed internal and customer report for each visit.
7. Prepare monthly and annual reports for each customer.
8. Analyse chemistry reports of technical problems to recommend modifications to eliminate future problems
9. Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer
10. Maintain a database for each customer handled including visits, problems solved, water analysis history and contacts.
11. Survey for new potential business at each customer.
12. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.
13. Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by ANCI are understood and met.
14. Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Science (Chemistry Department) from a reputable university.
2. Preferable experience in water treatment chemicals.
3. Good command of English language.
4. Good command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
5. Owning a car is a big advantage.
6. Ability to travel and work outside.
7. Travel days 50-100% of working days.
Salary is negotiable according to years of experience in related fields.
Accommodation for engineers outside Cairo is available by the company.
Car allowance based on car mileage.
Technical training in applications of water treatment.
