Vacancy: Sales Supervisor (USAMS Mobile Accessories)
Location: Cairo
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Basic Salary + Attractive High Sales Commission
Business Overview
We offer the complete line of USAMS mobile accessories, covering phone cases, tempered glass screen protectors, chargers, charging cables, power banks, earphones and other related products. Our supply channels include major wholesale markets and offline mobile retail stores throughout Cairo.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to wholesalers and retail outlets for product promotion
Maintain stable relationships with existing clients and acquire new cooperative merchants
Follow up order execution, carry out account reconciliation and coordinate after-sales services
Hit monthly sales KPIs as assigned
Job Requirements
Age under 30
Fluent Arabic speaker with competent English for daily business communication
Prior working experience in 3C accessories sales is preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, proficient in general computer operations
Familiarity with electronics wholesale markets in Cairo is a strong advantage
Outgoing personality, hard-working and highly motivated to boost earnings
Candidates with personal private vehicles will be prioritized
Compensation Package
Monthly basic salary of 15,000 plus lucrative sales commissionsBase salary: 15,000. Plus gasoline: 6,000 to 10,000. Plus commission: 1.5% of sales.

- وغيرها من الإكسسوارات ذات الصلة.
تغطي قنوات التوزيع لدينا أسواق الجملة الرئيسية ومحلات بيع الهواتف بالتجزئة في مختلف أنحاء القاهرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية لتجار الجملة ومحلات التجزئة للترويج للمنتجات.
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين واستقطاب تجار وشركاء جدد.
- متابعة تنفيذ الطلبات، وإجراء تسويات الحسابات، والتنسيق بشأن خدمات ما بعد البيع.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية (KPIs) المحددة.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- العمر أقل من 30 عامًا.
- إجادة اللغة العربية، مع مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية للتواصل اليومي في العمل.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مبيعات إكسسوارات الأجهزة الإلكترونية والهواتف (3C Accessories).
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Word وMicrosoft Excel، مع مهارات جيدة في استخدام الكمبيوتر.
- يُعد الإلمام بأسواق الجملة الخاصة بالإلكترونيات في القاهرة ميزة قوية.
- شخصية اجتماعية، مجتهد، ولديه دافع قوي لتحقيق مبيعات وزيادة الدخل.
- تُمنح الأولوية للمتقدمين الذين يمتلكون وسيلة نقل خاصة.
المزايا والراتب
- راتب أساسي شهري: 15,000 جنيه مصري.
- عمولات مبيعات مرتفعة ومجزية تعتمد على الأداء. الراتب الأساسي: 15000. بالإضافة إلى بدل الوقود: من 6000 إلى 10000. بالإضافة إلى العمولة: 1.5% من المبيعات.
