Job Description:
EDU-X Robotics Academy is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, student follow-ups, scheduling, and customer inquiries. The role requires strong organization skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle reports and online coordination professionally.
Responsibilities:
• Student reports & attendance tracking
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with parents and students
• Managing online sessions coordination when needed
• Preparing reports, documentation, and internal follow-up sheets
• Responding to inquiries (WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram)
• Client reception & orientation for new parents & students
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear communication in Arabic & English
• Good knowledge of online tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Meet)
• Social media knowledge and fast response handling
• Responsible, reliable, and committed
• Previous experience in education/operations is preferred
Work Type: Full-Time
Location: Cairo – Egypt (Nasr City / New Cairo branches)
