The Role
You’ll own the client-facing parts of our product. Dashboards, visualizations, filters, and the UX that makes data "click" in 3 seconds. You’ll work directly with Product + UX + Data to ship every 2 weeks.
What You’ll Do
1. Build & ship: Develop responsive dashboards and data visualizations for enterprise clients
2. Make data clear: Partner with UX to turn complex metrics into intuitive UI
3. Own performance: Keep dashboards loading <3s. Optimize rendering for large datasets
4. Ship fast: Work in 2-week sprints, own features end-to-end from Figma to prod
5. AI-first workflow: Use Claude/AI tools to prototype, debug, and accelerate development 3x

Must-Haves
- Claude Wizard: You use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar daily to write, debug, refactor, and explain code. You can prompt your way out of a blocker
- React + TypeScript: 3+ years building production React apps
- Data Viz Experience: D3, Recharts, Chart. js, or similar. You’ve built charts/maps people actually understand
- Product Mindset: You care about UX, not just pixels. You’ll push back if a design is confusing
- Fast Learner: Our stack moves. You can ramp in 1 week
Nice-to-Haves
- Next. js experience: App Router, SSR/SSG, API routes
- TailwindCSS + shadcn/ui: We like clean, fast UI
- Experience with location data / BI tools / dashboards
- Turborepo, Zustand, TanStack Query
What Success Looks Like in 90 Days
1. You shipped 2 major dashboard improvements that reduced client support tickets
2. Dashboard load time is <3s for 95% of users
3. You set up our component library so any new chart takes 1 day, not 1 week
4. The team says "ask, they know Claude"[you]
