Description

Astroida is hiring a Personal Care Content Creator & Marketing Executive We are looking for a creative marketer who understands how to turn personal care products, customer needs, and brand objectives into engaging content and effective campaign ideas. This role is focused on personal care and beauty products, including shaving, body care, hair care, skincare, and problem-solving products. Key responsibilities: * Develop creative content and integrated campaign ideas for Astroida’s personal care products * Understand each product, its ingredients, benefits, target audience, and customer problem * Build monthly content plans aligned with marketing and sales objectives * Create concepts for product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal occasions, and educational content * Write Reel hooks, scripts, captions, briefs, and calls to action * Translate product benefits into simple, credible, and engaging consumer communication * Follow social media and personal care trends and adapt them to Astroida’s identity * Coordinate content execution from the initial idea to the published content * Review content performance and recommend improvements * Collaborate with the team on organic content and paid advertising campaigns Requirements: * A marketing background with a strong understanding of customer behavior * Strong creative and campaign ideation skills * Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video * Ability to connect content with business and sales objectives * Strong written Arabic and good English * Experience with personal care, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, pharmacy, or e-commerce brands is strongly preferred * Ability to research product claims and communicate them accurately * A portfolio or examples of previous work are required Additional advantages: * Ability to shoot and edit high-quality Reels * Experience with product photography and video production * Ability to direct models or appear confidently in content when required * Familiarity with design and video-editing tools To apply, please send: * Your CV * Portfolio or links to previous work * Examples of personal care, beauty, or e-commerce content, if available * Expected salary * Availability and preferred working arrangement Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid creative assessment.
