A leading real estate development company located in Sheikh Zayed is currently hiring for the following positions: Technical Office Manager - Civil Engineering Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and real estate developments. Proven experience in delivering commercial, administrative, and medical projects. Strong background in technical office operations, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Ability to prepare and follow up project schedules and coordinate between different engineering disciplines. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in managing contractors, consultants, quality control, safety, and project timelines. Preferred: Candidates residing in Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October City are highly preferred.
