الوصف
We are engaged in the import and export of plants.
We are looking for a Supplier Sourcing Manager (Hybrid). Our expectations from the candidate:
-Responsibility and initiative
-Organization and self-discipline
-Desire to develop in the field of procurement and agribusiness
-Willingness to work and influence your own financial results
-Ability to build effective communication at different levels
-Analytical mindset and attention to detail
-Skills in working with the Microsoft Office suite
-Driving license and an own car
Experience and existing connections in the agricultural sector will be a major advantage.
Your task is to find several suppliers of seedlings, maintain contact with them, and keep financial records.
Responsibilities:
Search for suppliers in chats, on classifieds boards, or at local markets. Analyze quality, send photos and videos, and arrange shipments via a transport company or on your own vehicle if the supplier is nearby.
During the search phase you will receive an hourly payment. Once a pool of suppliers has been formed — a percentage of the purchases. This is not a full-time position, but rather a side job that can, however, generate a stable income.
