Project Manager – Zenith Development Zenith Development, a growing real estate development and construction company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Job Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise construction projects from start to completion. - Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines. - Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents. - Lead project teams and ensure smooth coordination between all departments. - Identify and resolve project issues and risks. - Prepare regular progress reports for management. - Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. - 10+ years of experience in construction and project management. - Proven experience managing construction and building development projects. - Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and construction management. - Good knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
