Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for staff (PCs, printers, software, and network).
• Manage and maintain the internal LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and security devices.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user accounts.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls (Sophos, FortiGate) and VPN connections.
• Monitor system performance and apply preventive maintenance.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure IT security compliance.
• Support and maintain web systems and databases.
• Propose new ideas, innovative solutions, and improvements for IT operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an IT Specialist / IT Support.
• Must be based in Giza.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Sophos & FortiGate).
• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Switches, Routers, VPN).
• Knowledge and experience in web technologies and databases.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware/software/network).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
