Al Fawzy Dental Clinics is one of the leading dental centers in Egypt, proudly serving a high-end clientele and international patients through our specialized Dental Tourism services. With branches located in Agouza and New Cairo, we are committed to delivering a premium patient experience with the highest standards of professionalism and care. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Requirements: * Fluent English is a must (spoken & written) * 1–2 years of experience in customer service * Ability to handle calls, emails, and chats professionally * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset * High attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Professional client-handling skills * Ability to manage appointments and follow-ups efficiently * Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is a plus * Presentable and customer-oriented personality * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to work morning and night shifts Work Environment: * Fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Ability to work with multiple systems and platforms simultaneously If you believe you are a good fit for our team, please send your CV.
