We are looking for a dynamic personnel administrator to join our HR department. In this role, you'll be in charge of performing personnel administration activities, such as conducting background checks and verifying candidate information.
Required skills and experience:
• 1 to 3 years of experience of working in overseeing personnel operations and handling admin work
• Maintaining detailed records of personnel files and updating relevant data
• Presenting new or updated HR policies to staff members.
• Creating monthly and annual reports on HR metrics.
• Assisting the HR department with ongoing projects.
• Good English speaking.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
