About the role:
We seek an experienced and dynamic business development professional to join our team remotely. The Business Development Specialist will conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients.
The Business Development Specialist will be onboarding and helping customers in the GCC region and will also be responsible for communicating with potential and existing clients regarding the business's services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct marketing research to identify trends and opportunities in educational travel
Generate leads and build relationships with schools and educational institutions
Achieve sales targets through effective business development strategies
Onboard and assist customers in the GCC region, ensuring a smooth experience
Communicate with potential and existing clients about our services
Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to drive business growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development and sales, preferably in the education and travel sectors
Strong communication, negotiations, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
Ability to travel internationally for business purposes
Ability to conduct effective marketing research and analyze market trends
Experience in onboarding and assisting clients, especially in the GCC region
Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets through successful contract negotiation and deal closure
Ability to work independently and remotely
CRM experience is preferred
