Manage organizations' computer systems (Retail Pro 9 & prism) , including software, hardware and networks.
Design, install, and support the IT systems, including security infrastructure and telecommunications.
Identify & resolve system issues.
Identify areas that need improvement and implement these changes.
Document system configurations, updates made to the system and any new procedures or policies created.
Preferably to have a good background on crystal report
Have the ability to install camera/surveillance system(s), main point of contact with all telecommunication vendors, installing new software, etc.
Update uniform delivery to store employees and confirm/ validate sales figures in inventory data, as well as transfers between stores
Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes, ensure continuous system update with stock level and note discrepancies upon receipt of shipments

Experience 3+ years
Experience in Retail Pro System is a must.
Knowing security protocols, IT systems, networking infrastructures and database systems SQL, Oracle
Good knowledge with using firewalls and network infrastructure.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Working with inter-disciplinary teams to craft IT solutions
Troubleshooting technology problems
Preferably to have a good background on crystal report.
Good English language.
Good communication skills are vital.
Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
