Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Moderator and Customer Support at MF Supplements located in New Cairo. The Moderator and Customer Support will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels such as phone, email, and social media. The Moderator and Customer Support will also help with managing online communities and ensuring that all content is in line with the company's policies and values.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer service or moderation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive or difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Experience with social media platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Communications or Business Administration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused and passion for delivering
excellent service
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
