Description
Schedule and confirm meetings.
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Effectively uses database, and spreadsheet software application programs in the course of assigned duties.
Responsible for preparing all documents.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Excellent in English language.
Excellent MS Office computer skills.
