Job Description:
As a Host/reception and at Pure Vanilla, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Provide information about the menu and answer any guest inquiries.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
• Uphold Pure Vanilla’s standard of hospitality and customer service.
Qualifications:
• Young, energetic, and presentable male.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
