Description
We’re hiring a Call Center / Customer Relations Representative for a leading dermatology and laser clinic group in Cairo.
You’ll handle client inquiries, confirm bookings, and follow up professionally through calls and WhatsApp.
We need someone with a clear voice, fluent English, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or TeleSales is a strong advantage.
Working Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM (Fridays off)
Salary: EGP 6,500 + monthly performance bonus
Work Location: Inside the clinic (not remote)

مطلوب بنت كول سنتر / خدمة عملاء لمجموعة مراكز جلدية وليزر راقية بالقاهرة.
هتكوني مسؤولة عن الرد على استفسارات العملاء، تأكيد المواعيد، والمتابعة عبر الهاتف والواتساب باحترافية.
المطلوب صوت واضح، لباقة عالية، ومستوى ممتاز في اللغة الإنجليزية.
الخبرة السابقة في كول سنتر أو خدمة عملاء أو مبيعات هاتفية تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
مواعيد العمل: من 1 ظهرًا إلى 10 مساءً (الجمعة إجازة)
الراتب: ٦،٥٠٠ جنيه + حوافز شهرية حسب الأداء
مكان العمل: داخل العيادة – لا يوجد شغل من المنزل
