مطلوب أخصائي توظيف (HR Recruiter) للعمل فورًا في شركة بالشروط التالية: - خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال التوظيف أو الموارد البشرية - القدرة على إدارة عمليات التوظيف من الإعلان حتى التعيين - مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على إجراء مقابلات شخصية وتقييم المرشحين - إجادة استخدام منصات التوظيف والسوشيال ميديا في البحث عن المرشحين - القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتنظيم المهام - إجادة كتابة التقارير ومتابعة ملفات الموظفين - يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية - يفضل سكان المناطق القريبة من مقر الشركة - متاح التقديم للذكور والإناث مهم جدا: - في حال وجود اي استفسارات يرجى التواصل عبر الرسائل يرجى ارسال السيره الذاتيه على رقم الواتساب (عرض رقم الهاتف) مع وضع الوظيفه المتقدم لها في العنوان - - سنقوم بتحديد مواعيد للمقابلات الشخصيه تليفونيا مع حضراتكم بعد فحص السيرة الذاتيه - سيتم تحديد الراتب حسب الخبره والمهارات بعد المقابلة الشخصيه - في حال وجود شكاوى أو استفسارات (غير واضحه) يرجى الاتصال على رقم التوظيف We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our company immediately under the following conditions: Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources. Ability to manage the full recruitment process from job posting to hiring. Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates. Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and social media to search for candidates. Ability to work under pressure and organize tasks effectively. Skilled in report writing and maintaining employee records. English language proficiency is preferred. Candidates residing near the company’s location are preferred.
